Solitonic coherent interactions in photorefractive iron doped indium phosphide (InP:Fe )

Résumé

We report experimental evidences about coherent solitonic collisions in photorefractive semiconductor InP:Fe, investigating the effects of temperature, light intensity and external electric field on the trapping processes.
